“Counseling is helpful for a variety of reasons. Occasionally a life change can bring uncertainty and anxiety. Other times, our life and relationships seem to be falling apart. Sometimes the reasons we seek counseling are not as obvious, and sometimes we just need someone to talk to about our everyday experiences and life events.”
“Does my child need counseling?”
“Children and teenagers may need therapy when they have issues they can't cope with or handle alone. They may also need help when problems affect how well they do, feel, or act. If things don't get better on their own, kids may need therapy so things can improve. Sometimes, entire families need support while trying to communicate, learn, and create boundaries.”
